Q – Is Feed in Need a non-profit organization? 
A – Yes.
Feed in Need is registered in the state of Florida as a not for profit organization. Feed in Need has been recognized by the IRS as a 501(c) not for profit organization. View our corporate information on Sunbiz by clicking here.

Q – Is Feed in Need a registered 501(c)3 tax exempt organization? 
A – Yes.
Feed in Need is registered with the IRS/Department of Treasury as a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization by the IRS as a 501(c) not for profit organization. Donations made to Feed in Need may be tax deductible. We will provide a receipt for your records. We suggest you consult your accountant for advice. 

Q – What does Feed in Need do?
A – Feed in Need’s main objective is to help feed those in need in the local community.

Q – How does Feed in Need do this?
A – Feed in Need is able to help feed those in need in the local community through monetary donations and partnerships with our Community Partners. We have provide thousands of meals in the Tampa Bay Community during the 2017 and 2018 holiday seasons. We also provide food for our Community Partners to assist them in their outreach and fundraising efforts. 

Q – Who funds Feed in Need?
A – Feed in Need is funded by monetary and in-kind donations from local businesses and Tampa bay residents.

Q – How are the monetary donations spent?
A – All monetary donations are spent to help provide meals to those in need. 

Q. Can I make a monetary donation to Feed in Need?
A – Yes.
You can donate online on our secure website using a credit card. You can also mail donations to Feed in Need, 3114 W. Bay to Bay Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629.

Q – Can my non profit or business sponsor a feeding site? 
A – YES!
We love partnering with local non profit groups and local businesses. Please email Stacey at hello@feedinneed.com for more information about sponsoring a feeding site. 

Q – Can I make a donation of food or supplies?
A – YES!
We have an active list of bulk food and supplies needed for the preparation and distribution of free meals. We welcome community partnerships with local restaurants and suppliers, but due to insurance regulations we can not accept the donation of home-cooked food.

Q – Do you need volunteers? 
A – YES!
Right now we need volunteers for our Grant-Writing Committee. Please email Stacey at hello@feedinneed.com for more information about joining our Grant-Writing Committee.
